Where is your antenna mounted?
Does the noise change when you move the antenna?
Sometimes the noise comes in through the antenna
and sometimes it comes in through the power leads.

Does the noise go away if you unplug the antenna?
If so, then the noise is coming in through the antenna.
If not, then the noise is coming in through the power leads.
There are filters for the power leads that might help.

If the noise is present only when you press the accelerator you might try some clamp on ferrite beads around various wires at the controller and motor leads. That might reduce it but really there is not much you can do if it is being picked up through the antenna. Does the noise override the stronger FM stations or just the weaker ones? If you don't hear the noise on the stronger stations it is most likely coming through the antenna. The controller produces pulsed voltages to control the speed and they contain all kind of waveform with high harmonic content. remac has some good suggestions too. Also try a boom box FM radio if it will pick up the noise.

The antenna is in the front cowl... my Bluetooth works fine just FM when pedal is pressed, I will try to put the ferrite beads on the power wire and see if that helps...

What kind of ferrite beads are you using? I added some clamp on ferrite beads and they helped but did not eliminate all of the noise. The more the better. Try putting them around any wire or cable at the controller. Get a portable FM radio and verify the same noise is picked up by it. If the test radio don't pick noise up you may be getting the noise on the power leads to the radio.

In the early days of the CB radio fad, the generators of the old cars and trucks would produce a hiss (from the brushes) that varied with RPMs of the generator. A filter in the power feed of the radio was the cure. my 2 cents
