xct 500 with fan and stock motor
could i get a xct 500 an use it on a stock motor till next winter untill i get a new motor and a battery or two i just wanna plan ahead ...

Sure you could, but i would suggest to turn down max motor amps some with stock motor. Also if using stock cables, turn it down to 300a.
