Ezgo Part Help!
I cant for the life of me find a part. Can you help? I've searched manuals, called and emailed ezgo with no return emails or calls.
On the back of the brake backing plate there is a rubber oval boot that keeps out dirt / water. mine are dry rotted and I need them! You can see it in the pic below. Any suggestions? 2005 txt Thanks. |

It doesn't have any thing to do with the cables....unless you mean it comes with the cables but why would it? if anything I would think it may come with a new backing plate.

yeah, I've called them, left messages, email them.....all with no response. I've looked all over their site and there is no number listed in the parts manual.

You might try going to an auto parts place and see if they have anything that will fit. It may be the same as you would find on a car brake plate.

Call a cart refurbisher. Or don't worry about it? Unless your going through slop all the time I would not worry really.
You know how many vehicles had those inspection covers missing on brake backing plates. |

Yeah, I was thinking about just sticking the old ones back on and going with it. This is a cart that I'm rebuilding from ground up and just wanted everything right as it was being built back up.
