You still do not get it! The fuse should not be in the power circuit. You should not be able to blow it except when charging! It is wired wrong if you blow the fuse while driving!
Trace the power circuit and it should include the batteries, solenoid, controller but NOT the fuse. |

The fuse should be located between B+ and the charge terminal (white wire). Not between B+ and the solenoid. It is not large enough to handle the load of the motor, it is only designed for the charge circuit.
