One thing to point out is that a 50% SOC battery is not like a car's gas tank that's 1/2 full. 50% is considered dead, and should be charged right away.

All of your guy's information is amazing! Thank you for your suggestions. I will disconnect all accessories and slow charge all 4 batteries individually until they are at 14.2 volts. I think maybe since it's been so cold here in Michigan ( 10-15 below zero with wind chill ) for the last couple weeks my battery pack charger can't really give a good deep charge when it's that cold and I think they just got ran down to far.
