Hey Byron, I've called you a couple of times and left messages. My phone line is still dead here, they claim it'll be fixed on the 17th. I'm trying to plan my schedule for the trip, and wanted to schedule your RXV diagnostics. PM me with the rest of your contact info. That generation RXV (Curtis controller version) has big problems burning out the speed sensors causing your exact symptoms. The speed sensor is an upgrade over the older motor encoder that used to require pulling the motor and taking it apart to access. Now, it's an inductive sensor mounted on top of the motor by a T30 torx screw and plugged into a 4-pin connector. Failure of it causes jerky movement, abrupt stops and refusal to run period, all random it seems. They have an o-ring inside them but they're always seeming to get wet somehow.
