Correction: Remeasured what I had done. I have 16 inch wheels with DOT approved low profile tires for a total diameter of 20.5 Inches

I've 100% finished the cart and am too happy with it to change the tires to anything smaller, so I guess I'm putting more money into a controller conversion!

Where should I look for a controller to find the best deal and most reliable parts? I've found the following on ebay. Anyone know if these sellers are reputable and if these are good prices?

Controller only for $500 - https://www.ebay.com/itm/BRAND-NEW-E...sid=m570.l1313

Controller Conversion Kit for $600 - https://www.ebay.com/itm/EZGO-RXV-Cu...sid=m570.l1313

Check your eBay vendor.

FSIP, which does a lot of controller rebuilds, sells on eBay. If they are the vendor, your in good shape.

I’m sure there are others, but I am personally chicken, so I only deal with FSIP. They ARE NOT the cheapest option.

Update on this issue. Putting 20" tires on this RXV helped significantly with the poor braking. Thanks to BobBoyce and cgtech for helping with the quick diagnosis!

I decided not to take on the controller swap due to amount of effort already put into rewiring my accessories and not wanting to tear it back down. I will make sure to my next RXV purchase has a Curtis controller.
