You need to have the large cable on the solenoid first and then the smaller ones on top and then the nut.

I would replace those smaller terminals also as the crimps may be causing some connection issue.

I did as you suggested and no change.

Still open for any other ideas or wires to check.

Make sure the center swivel posts of the FNR actually go to the Motor S1 and S2 terminals.

Did You get any documentation stating what throttle type is configured for the 1205M controller?

if You are not sure, disconnect the 3 wires from the micro-switch #3, the furthest from the FNR body or closest to battery, and connect the Green and White wires together.

As Raystar57 mentioned, anytime You stack multiple ring connectors on the same post, always place the highest carrying current connectors first.

Once I connect the green and white wires what am I to do next? Do I leave the other wires connected? Or disconnect them as well?

Where does the resister go on the post? First or second. My old solenoid didn’t have any resistors.

The only other wire on that switch #3 is the black wire that went on the middle terminal. You can disconnect and tape that wire.

This will keep the cart at full speed Forward and Reverse and may be needed depending on how the Controller throttle was programmed.

You should have had some kind of description of how it was configured.

On the Solenoid big posts the main cables go first, then:

on the battery side big post the green wire, both red wires and the resistor.

on Controller side big post just the resistor.

Yea I got nothing on the controller on how it was configured.

I will try this in a bit and see what the outcome is and reply with the results.

Ok unplugged the black wire from the switch

Solenoid is not clicking

Checked the red wire at the solenoid has 50.8

Checked white and black wire on the solenoid and no voltage even with the pedal pressed.

I don't see the Green and the White wires that used to go to micro-switch #3 connected together.

You should contact BU and ask their support team to send you the diagram on how they intended for you to connect those parts to your cart.

oh did you mean disconnect them from the switch and hook them up together

Could there be an issue with the new controller. Is there a way to test the controller?

I am just trying to figure out how I went from a solenoid that was clicking to nothing.
