Default 2016 club car prescedent not holding charge

Purchased a club car used with 2015 batteries, former golf course lease cart.
Could only get 4-6 holes before battery light ( solid) then flashing yellow light with noticeable decrease in power. Tried switching the charger. No change.

Ok batteries shot, so bought 6 8 volt Crown batteries ..

Charged them OK then took them out to the course and to my surprise I have the same problem. Can’t Get more than 4-6 holes before lights blink and deterioration.

As a test. I fully charged the batteries. Then unplugged the charger over night.
In the am I plugged in the charger expecting the charger to run a very short time.
Nope it ran for over 2 hours.

LED lights, horn, and brake lights were added at the time of purchase.
BUT no visual sign they are causing any draw on the batteries.

One suggestion I received was to try another wall outlet. The last charge was on this different outlet.
I will see if this changes any thing.

Not sure where to go next after this attemopgt to isolate the source of the problem...

That cart came with an ERIC charger and it may not have the correct charging profile installed.

Read this post about where to get the different charging profiles for your charger, how to download and install them and how to use an USB key to get diagnostics from your charger:

Could have a brake dragging. Does the cart roll freely if you try to push it? Put it in maintenance mode and it should move somewhat easily.

What air pressure is in the tires?

New batteries can take a few cycles before they reach their best power output. How many cycles are on the batteries?

What is the pack voltage immediately after charging, and then 12 hours after charging? What about after driving it for the day?

As a test a ran a 4 hour charge on the new batteries (second cycle)battery
Then went out on course and played.

Yellow battery cart light icame on after only 30-40 minutes of. driving on the golf course.ie.only 4 golf holes.

If You have a windows computer and a USB memory stick, just follow the links on my post #2 to get the full diagnostic of what the charger recorded as well as the current installed battery profile.

Is the battery light on the charger solid green when you unplug it?
Do you unplug your charger from the wall or leave it plugged in all the time?
4 hours is way to short charge time. Again, whats the pack voltage after it has been charged?
