Jack it up and see what happens. Could be bad hub.

Sounds like bearing encoder to me. Will almost always make it barely move and sound like the motor is grinding. I know the symptom by heart and every time a new encoder fixes it. Only applies to Danahar RXVs (2008-2011/12)

It won't be a spun hub unless it makes a more distinctive whirr and then it won't even move. If it moves at least 1 MPH and the grinding sound is coming from the motor itself it's the encoder. Motor has to be pulled and taken apart. Encoder bearing is inside.

It won't be brake either if you can push it while in TOW, and key in N(ON)

An Rxv with a spun hub will still drive, for a while, until the posi is destroyed.

In my experience hardly any movement will happen at all on a spun hub on ANY cart. Especially if it's got any load (driver/passenger) sitting on it. it will make a different sound coming from the wheels too. An RXV with bad bearing encoder will go 1 mph MAX and the grinding is not as distinct and comes from the motor itself. Load or no load. It sounds like the stator is rubbing the rotor but i'm unsure what the real cause for the noise is.
