I am a Lester Dealer. What make and capacity batteries are you charging?

Crown batteries 6x6V 225 AH

I thought it strange that the app on one screen showed the battery pack as 48V though. Waiting for Bill at lester to call me back.

Update, still waiting for Bill from lester to call but after reading some replys I thought I would try to charge it again.
After verifying profile was set to auto (I also changed battery profile to 22252 since batteries are 225 AH), plugged in DC and app showed cart charging but it said that "detected battery pack" was 48V. After charging for several minutes I connect app again to charger it and now said that the detected battery pack was 36V, very misleading and will ask Bill why it auto detected 48V at first beginning of charge.

Seems strange that it would detect the pack as 48V pack at that low voltage.
Is there a way to set is just to 36v setting in the app?

You do have the "Auto Voltage Mode" parameter set to "Scalable Profile", right?

yes there is, I was messing with that last night but got an error saying invalid parameters so I went back to auto

Hi, yes, auto scalable, tried to set to just 36V but got an error for invalid parameter. Need to as Bill at lester what that was all about. It would not allow me to save the profile.

Just to make sure, I don't meant just select an "Auto Scalable Profile", but actually set its mode to "Scalable Profile".

Thanks Sergio, thats what I have it set at, which was the default setting.
Only thing changed so far is the battery profile from 22251 to 22252 since my batteries are 225AH rated.

Update, spoke with Bill at Lester and here is what I found out.
If the charger is in auto scalable mode it takes the first 10 minutes for the charger to detect the battery pack and will show 48V until that time has lapsed and then it should show the correct battery pack which is what I seen earlier.
Second, we think there is a bug in the app, when I select a per voltage profile and try to save it there is an error and wont save. He is going to talk to an Engineer. If I turn auto off it automatically goes to a 36V charger. The only real reason to select a specific voltage is the app will then show the correct battery pack when the charge cycle begins.
For now I am leaving it on auto scalable until they figure out the issue. He tried it as well on his 30600 charger and got the same error so were assuming nothing is wrong with my charger.
