Need help finding a part!
Hey all ! I’m new here. Been reading and searching a lot but have ran into a snag. I’m redoing a 1996 EZGO TXT series cart and upon removing all the body to replace the battery tray I broke a bolt on the “underneath seat support” for the life of me I cannot find the proper name or part I’m needing! any and all help will be appreciated!
The best way to describe it as the supports around the batteries that support the seat frame and body. I have the battery tray ordered now I’m just needing the cage thing. It also contains the metal that hold the latches for the seat. I’ll how else to describe it and if I knew the name I could upload a picture of what I’m taking about . |

Re: Need help finding a part!
Can you take a pic of the part and post it, or go to the stickies and look up the manuals there, you may see the part you're looking for

Re: Need help finding a part!
It looks like it's part # 70318-G01, but that's looking in my 1995 medalist manual. I'm not sure you can buy this. Can't you just drill out the broken bolt?

Re: Need help finding a part!
No the spot it was in was just big enough for a socket wrench and then it’s stripped out from corrosion. I had to brake the “cage” off to gain access to be able to grind the bolt down! I’m just wondering if I have to have the full frame “old” part or if I can get the new updated one without the top part!
