OBC gets hot, cart stops, OBC cools, carts runs again. ???

If the brakes are dragging it's like driving with the brakes on. It takes a lot more energy to make the cart go and that would produce a lot of heat.

No, that was the point. It works with factory cables, solenoid and motor.
