If the reverse buzzer is not working either it may be the OBC lockout.

Does the charger work?

Plugging the charger IN will activate the OBC.

If it still does not work after plugging and unplugging the charger, do the OBC lockout by-pass temporarily to see if it fixes the problem.

The OBC lockout by-pass is done by jumping the Blue and White wire on the harness side 6-pin connector that goes to the OBC.
Charger works, just rebuilt and verified on a buddies cart. Tried the charger and the OBC lockout by-pass.... No Joy.

I was told to test voltages on the small knife blades of the solenoid...... With key on in run mode while depressing foot pedal voltages were .4v and was told it should reach 50v.
I was also told by testing output side of solenoid to the positive of the batteries 50v, that I should see 50v. In run I saw one volt, in tow I saw 48v........ Because of this I was told my controller is bad.........? Do you agree?

Did You by any chance disconnect any wires from the Solenoid and re-connected them again?

Please post pictures showing the Solenoid connections to make sure the diode is not backwards now.

Okay, finding and fixing is the name of the game. Now lets look at where we do not have what we need for the controller. Be sure you have one wheel jacked up and get your DVM and place the Black probe on the pack Neg and then with the key On, cart in Fwd, and Go Pedal depressed far enough to hear the microswitch click, take the Red probe and check to see if you have pack voltage in the following pins at the controller: Pin 5 - Lgt Blue, Pin 6 - Green, Pin 8 - Brown, Pin 9 - Grey, and Pin 10 - Tan.

PS- I just saw Segio's post and if you have pack voltage on the Blue wire I mentioned above you will not be in Lockout.

Getting it off and on here too.

And the pics Sergio suggested will help us visualize look it over with you.

A cart that has sat that long and not knowing the background of what has and has not been done to it is a difficult assessment.

Alright...... here we go, the rain finally stopped:

Pin 5 (light blue) 40.8v

Pin 6 (green) 49v

Pin 8 (white) 49v

Pin 9 (grey) 49v

Pin 10 (tan) 49v

Blue Wire mentioned by Sergio was 49v as well

Depressing the pedal until micro switch clicked, did not make a difference in the readings..... They remained the same whether the switch was activated or not.

So if I'm looking at the wiring diagram correctly, the only thing that is not reading correctly is the OBC. Should I not be seeing 49v there too?
