So among the posts i saw the formula and plugged in my info

at 21mph my engine Rpm is 3,377

How do i find out what the motor is capable of and what it should be at?

i have a one of them D&D 170-004-0002a motors

Just curious

The "For Sure" way is a call to D&D, but General Rule of thumb is ~6,000 rpms. Torque motors will not spin that fast but speed motors will exceed it.

At 8000 RPM they blow up and a stock motor does not like 160 volts
