1 problem down, 1 to go—- I guess when I put the new wire harness on a couple of years ago I mixed up the 2 green wires, I didn’t notice till I was looking at a new harness I just bought that one is solid green the other has a black stripe on it that goes to the reverse buzzer instead of the F/R switch . The cart still runs slow and almost stops on a slight incline, but I will bring the lap top out tomorrow and try adjusting the settings. Any ideas on what is a good setting for the performance arcs. There are a couple of slight inclines maybe 10 degrees, but mainly basically flat. Thanks for all your help

Here is what I use. If you are running a stock 36V PDS motor, you'll want to turn your XC48500-PDS down to 400A.

My max RPM has been turned down to 6500 since these print screens were made.

Also, they are from a very early version on Toolkit.

Oops, I got you mixed up with somebody else.

Only the first screen affects max performance very much, the three throttle screens more or less determine how easy the cart is to drive.

I've got shorter than stock tires, a 42V battery pack and a standard speed motor with 30% more than stock torque and had trouble starting from a standstill on grass without spinning the tires and maneuvering at low speed in tight places, so I tamed down the first half of the pedal travel to something less responsive and easier for me to drive. Different carts and different drivers will most likely need different settings.

Still having trouble adjusting the controller, other than waiting till Mon to call Alltrax, is there somewhere I can look to get the settings — the cart is 2008 36v pds with an Alltrax XCT 48400 controller with a 400a solenoid—- thanks for any help I can get.

Thanks Johnnie for posting the settings, I didn’t wast you or other guys on the site thinking I was ignoring your post, I did try the settings and didn’t have much success, some of the screens are a bit different, I was hoping to see some up to date ones so I know I am making the right changes. Thanks Agsin
