IMO RXV's are trash and I would never own or work on one. The early models like yours had all sorts of issues. You may want to pop over to the EZGO forum and ask those guys; they have all kinds of knowledge on those things. Hope you get it sorted out.

OUCH !!!!
Those are pretty Harsh words to someone who is new to this forum and is here looking for some help and advice.

I get your point and I know that you said that in Your Opinion, but IMO you could have put it a little bit nicer than telling him that it's "trash".

Clandon ... I hope you get it figured out. There are a lot of members here on BGW with tons of knowledge, that I am sure they can help you get things figured out.
You might want to start your own thread though. They don't like it when threads (or posts) are hijacked.

Good day Sir. I hope you get it working again.

The little green light came on....very dim, then went out completely. Never charged. I called the battery manufacturer and they recommended a (required) lithium charger.
Still no charge. Replaced the charge port... still no charge...
I really don’t think it has anything to do with the batteries.
If I plug it in, and turn it on, lightly touch the gas pedal, the charger shows 1-3 amp charge, then quickly fades. batteries have 12.1Vs each.. currently. Help.,?
I think you have the charge leads hooked to the wrong places. If the cart has to be on and pedal pressed for the charger to do anything that sounds like the positive charge wire is hooked up to the solenoid, when it should be directly on the pack positive. I know the RXVs are finicky about wiring, try posting in the EZ-GO forum for more detailed help on this.

Exclamation Re: Allied Lithium - any reviews?

I have installed 1 set of the drop-in replacements in an RXV and 2 of the Big Body Commercial batteries, one in an RXV and One in a Precedent.

While the batteries work great once you finally are able to finish the install, the support and knowledge from Allied has been HORRIBLE. Each on these installs had some issue that Allied had no documentation or videos to address. The response from Allied Technical support was terrible. They won't answer the phone and hide behind emails and submitting issues on their website. When they finally do respond they act like I have some unique installation they have never heard about. I have been able to get all of the 3 install and working, but do not buy Allied if you are expecting help. Basically, you have to experiment on your own until you figure it out.

Allied customer support is lacking compared to EcoBattery.
