That's not what he's talking about. Check the 3 small wires plugged in to the controller, whatever color they are.

Hard to tell in this photo. But do you have the U bolts in upside down or not at all?

This cart didn't have u-bolts just those 7 1/2 inch lag bolts. I live in Georgia and feel like to bought a frankenstein cart of redneck engineering. It's worked flawlessly for a year just now finding a few gremlins.

Wires on controller seem to be tight as well.

You do not have a Regen cart. This statement does not apply.

These guys are just having a little fun. One thing at a time.

Go back to the original wire. Where does the other end of it go?

A wire with a ring terminal doesn't accidently get knocked loose. Did you make any sparks when you changed out the springs.

In his first photo isn't that a 12v battery? Or, are my eyes playing tricks on me? If he has 12v batteries he would have removed only 1 battery if he has a 48v cart, correct?
Does that wire go to his battery pack + , on the battery he removed?

The Duracells look like 8 volt with the 12 month warranty sticker. I can't make out anything else. One I can't make out at all but does not match. A lot going on under there and much attention is needed.
