Thanks for the Insight Sergio. Certain aircraft fuel gauges are under calibrated for that same reason.

Pulling the “+” from the key is easy enough.

Any recommendation where to tap the “-“?

On a Precedent there is an unused black/yellow wire that is negative.

You may need to pull a separate negative wire depending on your cart harness.

Thanks again! I’ll check closely, but I am not exactly sure if I even have a CC. It is an ACG Hummer. I think ACG started using CC frames but then started manufacturing their own in about 2002.

In a pinch I could run a negative wire from the battery pack. That would be less of a concern than running a hot wire.

Any size wire gauge suggestions?

The current requirements are minimum but I would use 16ga for the physical strength.

Good point, YAWOOD. I did not wrap that other red connector with electrical tape but will do that tomorrow, just in case. Thank you for the tip.
