Speed control
Can I add just a speed controller and get rid of the toaster .

The answer is no. The "toaster" you speak of is a resistor coil drive system. This drive system controls the speed of the motor through a series of functions that tell the system how much power (amperage) the operator wants the motor to receive at any given time. We call this a drive system.
Solid State Speed control is a whole different way of controlling the amperage flow to the motor. Since these are 2 different systems they are not compatible in part with each other. Read more here > https://www.cartsunlimited.net/why-c...-drive---.html |
