2013 Club Car villager
Hey guys. Have a club car villager that has been acting up when letting go of the accelerator pedal. The car has a Roypow 105amp lithium battery pack with the OBC bypassed. We have noticed the following:
1. Car will not run when scanner is connected and will go into a main welded fault. A secondary speed sensor fault will appear sometimes even though the car runs at normal speed. 2. When you drive the car and let go of the pedal, it will go into an intermittent regen action as if it were trying to slow down. It will activate and release intermittently. Besides that all seems fine. Would these symptoms point towards a controller starting to fail or a speed sensor fail? I know that speed sensor failure would cause the car to drive slow. We have pushed the car and buzzer will sound from speed sensor detecting the motor turn. Any help will be greatly appreciated. |
