Default LED Voltmeter

I'm installing a Datel LED voltmeter in my 36v cart, what size wire do I need to run from the meter to the battery pak?

That is a low draw so 16 g should work, pick up some
flexible wire at the auto store.
How are you switching it.

A meter like this draws 4 milla amps... you can connect it direct without a switch. That way you know the pack voltage any time you walk by it

Not necessary as there is minimal draw.

Not to argue G man but IMHO every wire should be fused.
A small wire can start to arc and burn its way all the way back to the
Battery. Grommet all holes the wire passes through.

An 18-16g wire is a fusible link in my opinion... you can add a fuse to either line but remember that every connection is a point of potential failure
