Default Yamaha Mac battery charger problem

I have a Yamaha 48V Mac charger that stopped charging my G8Max last week. When i plug the charger into the cart, it runs through the normal cycle of lights then stops on the red 'incomplete' light. I unplugged the charger from the wall and tried plugging it into the cart. Same result, normal cycle of lights then stop on 'incomplete'.

The Mac charger needs 2 things to work. AC power and battery set voltage at least 44 volts. Might check the voltage and get back to us.

can the charger be repaired? i think it is giving a charge; i played 18 holes today without any note of weakness, so maybe it is just charging less than it used to? And i tried my neighbor's charger and it works as it should, clicks on when it is charging.
