Default 2008 Drive Breaks

Thinking about buying a 2008 Drive. Any body know of any problems with the internal breaks on this cart. How long should the breaks last. This will be a campground cart , being used on the weekends.

Thanks

The only Drive brakes i have seen worn out are on "streched 4 passenger with utility box in very hilly area". I have seen zero brake problems on privately owned standard carts, as long as the correct fluid is used in the axle. (accidentally put wrong fluid without friction modifier, brakes sucked, put right fluid, brakes good, no damage done).

I've seen one privately owned drive that was set up with a higher speed motor in a rather hilly community where the Brake got so hot it discolored the plates and disintegrated the friction material. He had no brakes. Also lots of intermediate gear failures and input shafts. I do at least one rearend a day sometimes 2 or 3.
