Default Rxv a-arm fit

Just put my new a-arms on and I see there is about .035-.040 movement from front to rear. The old ones seemed to fit snug. Should they fit snug or is that much movement OK?

I know its just a golf cart but I'm really surprised how much tolerance EZGO has on their front end parts. Looks like most of the bolts thur tubes have about .03
