We need critical information to help.
What is the pack standing voltage now? What does the pack voltage drop to when you try to go? Can you hear the solenoid click when you try to go? |

Since I've been playing around with it it dropped to 42 and yes you can hear it click. It jerks like it wants to go but doesn't

Monitor battery voltage when it tries to go. If it drops a lot, your problem is still batteries.

Okay when I check it before I turn the key on its at 45.5 when I turn the key on and step on the pedal as it clicks it can go all the way down to 27.5 but usually 34 and then after it clicks it goes back up to 45

I measured each individually and all the older ones read 7.7, except one read 5.5 If I charge it back up, would it go? Just to make sure that's the prob before she spends the money? She's kinda broke.. :(

The batteries are toast. They are sagging way down when you try to do. Replace them! You can ruin the controller if you run it that way much. The reason it stops is that the voltage is dropping so much that the controller cuts out.
