Default 92 gasser Club Car needs more power

ok my cart runs great new drive belt and all. When I try and pull a steep hill it will do it with just me ( 200 pounds ) but when my wife and I try it it will not do it, it just kinda stops like it doesnt have enough power.

Is this right ???

No, it's not right.
It shouldn't matter how big your wife is as long as she can still fit in the seat. and your not carring anything else
