Angry 96 club car wont start

I bought this cart not run. Prevs owner said he replaced soliod. But i think he wired it wrong because both little post has power. Anybody know what wires go where.

Pressing on the accelerator activates the micros in the black box. When micros are activated the bottom one removes ground from the coil. The top one completes the start circuit grounding the orange wire on the soleniod which energizes the coil in the solenoid and sends juice to the starter.

Got it going . Previos owner installed a 36v solidnoid instead of 12v. Fried a micro switch,wire go back to s/g and s/g. Im get ready to paint it now. HAVE ANY RECOMENDATIONS ON WHAT KIND OF PAINT TO USE?
