crap welding from the factory, do these people employ Chimpanzees or what ever ? Bugger all penetration and built in obsolescence. Pfffft to their welding techniques, they aint worth a Chinamans fart..............

I dunno about that? I know hundreds of aluminum stock trailer owners ... they all experience stress cracks at some point as does my neighbor the airplane repairman Rule #1 Aluminum is lighter than steel Rule #2 when it flexes, it breaks at the welds

I really dont know how these things stay together. Some of the welds have little to no penetration. I do my own tig work and have repaired a few broken welds with a few more to go.

I have cracked two carts in the same place there. If you get a good welder to go over it with some heavy overlapping beads it will hold fine. I havn't had any more problems with my cart since and you probably dont drive like I do.
