Remove bolt holding clutch. Should slide right off.

I said that!!!

On my buddies 94, his driven clutch was SOooo rusted on, we beat on it for 2 hours... needless to say... it's still on!
(This winter, he's expecting to get it off, whether he wrecks it or not!)

I've been warned by MMT NOT to use a pickle fork to remove it, because of the alluminum transaxle casing,
(apperently, he might have broken a transaxle casing...ummm... once!)

however, it's to my understanding, scottyb has used a pickle fork with no ill effects!

Just use caution... It will be easier to replace the driven clutch, rather then the transaxle!

That'll work!

It's been on the transaxle shaft for almost 18 years, If it "slides" off easy... your a lucky man!
(I'm not trying to scare you... Just a heads up!)

Not sure about the Club Car but the Yamaha driven clutches are tightened on a tappered shaft with a key.
Check for threaded holes to use a steering wheel puller or similar.
Also the whole assembly is under pressure from the spring you are going to replace, use a ratchet strap around the transaxle and inner half of the pulley to hold it.
