Default Changing Air Filter?

Hello,

I have an '84 Club Car. I want to change the air filter. I think it is in a black canister?? Just wondering how to get it apart to get to the air filter? Any inf would help.

yes its in the black canister just unscrew the bolts holding it togethor and it should be right inside.

Actually on yours is the canister plastic or metal because on mine its plastic but mine is also a 88 tho.

I got the air filter canister apart. There was a nut on the end that had to be unscrewed.

P.S. I even got brave enough to take the carb off too!. Everything is all nasty & real dirty.

"94 CC Gas airfilter cross referance? Anyone have a part number that can be purchased locally at the auto parts store? Read somewhere that you could use an 88 Chevy Berreta, ran to auto zone and it was totally a different size and shape. Heading out tomorrow to match up one if possible

if you havethe cc number you can go to napa and they can cross over for you. i was told the flat type, on the later cc, is the same as the beretta. but you have a round style. cc number if im not mistaking 1013379. mmt site also confirms this number. as cc part number.

You can go to www.blockbustergolfcarts.com and get a whole tune up kit for $10. Includes Air filter, 2 fuel filters & a spark plug
