New guy with Club Cars
Hi first of all. Secondly I can't believe this website and the amount of people dedicated to these little carts, quite impressive what can be done with them. I recently got a 2001 Club car carryall 2 with a blow engine and a 1997 Club car golf cart that i was told to use for parts. Well as it turns out the "parts cart" runs and works like a champ so we pulled that engine and the carryall engine and stuck the 9hp in and worked out some micro switches issues and woolaa operational carryall!!!Now seeing this site I'm excited about having the extra golf cart to maybe make one heel of a fun cart. So i will be here for info and the first think is a power plant option due to the kawi motors being like super expensive, any feedback on cheaper options?

Re: New guy with Club Cars
Welcome Chuckie, Mvparcar, Bigtony,
One of the reasons this is the best site on the web is the dedication of our supporting sponsors. They spend a lot of time here on their nickel to provide not only years of experience but offer quality parts, some even offer BGW member discounts. Several have repower kits, Big block swap kits, clutch improvement options and much more. Give them a check out, they will be here for you when you have installation or any other questions about your purchases. Tech support is sometimes lacking on other sites. http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/site-sponsors.php . |
