Default elec. yahama 36v dead

looking for a trouble shooting flow chart for jn8-501177 has not been used in along time i just bought it. batterys were shot. got a new set and installed them im positive that there installed correctly as there was a decail on the battery compartment. solinoind close clicks but thats it. thanks
