Default my 1st 2001 g19

Ok i'm going for it! finally getting a Yamaha G19. I have been here on the boards reading and really getting excited about my first golf cart project.
It is a 2001 48v cart and would like some advice on what should be my first upgrade. I'm new at this so bare with me. I'm looking to learn and have fun as i go on with this project.
Some of the things i would like to do is
1.more torque and speed
2.Lower it
3.new rims and tires(not sure what size yet )
Anyway i could go on forever, but just remembered i need money for all of this LOL. Thanks

An Alltrax DCX400, and a set of cables will get you much improved torque AND 22-24 mph in one shot while doing nothing else to the cart.
