Custom Amp Shelf Build for Drive
If you have a G29 then you know there are not many places to mount an amp and have it look nice and be easily accessible. I used 1/2" plastic and cut to fit between the new rear seat "trees". Plasti dipped it to match the trim on the cart and bolted down (had to drill holes). Ran wires from ceiling speaker down the inside of the roof struts to hide them. I mounted 6.5" marine tubbies on the rear seat frame and have a switch to turn them on or off at will. Sounds sweet and looks nice and clean. I also have an 8" amplified bass tube under the seat between the batteries. The amp on the shelf is a 600 watt polk marine amp w/ 4 channels. 6.5" kickers in custom pods in the ceiling.

Re: Custom Amp Shelf Build for Drive
I also used vinyl seat paint and redid the seat cushions black. Turned out nicely.
