Default 2009 Tomberlin has no power

We've been working on a 2009 Tomberlin it has no power. The controller is flashing a 12 code and our programmer shows a throttle fault and it doesn't seem to be turning on the foot pedal switch. We have installed a new foot pedal switch didn't change anything. We have checked all the fuses that we can see. We also tried hooking the red charge wire to the main positive still didn't change anything. Looking for any ideas

Thanks

The ITS has failed. That is a super common issue with these. Keep in mind that while it is identical looking to an EZGO TXT ITS sensor, it won't work with one--the Tomberlin has three wires while an EZGO has only two. You can order the correct ones via Amazon for $70 however. It isn't the microswitch it's the inductive throttle sensor. Looks like a plastic horseshoe.

Another common issue is the motor--when the throttle sensor goes, it seems to be a symptom of a failed motor or motor brushes--they fail in pairs when i deal with them. Fix the Throttle sensor, and the motor starts throwing sparks or locks up afterwards. There seems to be no code or fault thrown when this happens. Car just stops.

The motor seems to fail around 500-650 miles on the digital odometer--if yours has roughly this many miles, consider a replacement motor as well. It's no fun when one locks up at 25 MPH i assure you!
