Default Club Car Lift

Looking to lift a 97 DS and a 2001 carryall turf 2. Do these two carts use the same type of lift or are they going to be different. Looking at either a 4 or 6 inch lift. Also any info on what else I would need and what tire size I can step up to would be great so I can budget for these improvements. Thx Guys

from what i know,,, if they both have the silver hub caps.. yes they will be the same lift....i like the 6 or 8 in a arm lift..... the super sport lift is suppose to ride better but i dont know about its durability for rough terrain.....

things may have changed and i might be wrong but i know a few years back you couldn,t buy a 4 inch lift for a C.C. they started at 6 inch, as to wether they are the same i,m not sure but a 6 inch spindle lift would look nice and they are very easy to install...................................

Does the spindle lift take away from the turning radius at all?

There is a 4" Super Sport Lift available for the CC. They offer it for a 4", 6", 7.5" in the Super Sport.

No offense Honda... but, no they're not!
Waaaayyy before Jake's became a sponsor here, I (& everybody) knew they are one of the the top of the line!

Now, don't get me wrong... those are reasonable prices for those lifts, and they're probably nice lifts, (for the price)

But to compare the quality...
I've "tested" my 3" Jake's spindle lift to an All Sports, BU, and a couple of other different brand lifts,
When we'd ride trails, side by side, they've had "problems"... and I haven't, so IMO, Jake's is worth every penny!

Chuckie... get whatever lift you feel you can afford... but, IMO... Jake's lifts won't let you down!

Note:
I'm not sucking up, or "promoting" Jake's lifts because they are a BGW sponsor...
I'm just speaking from personal experience!

Thx for the info Lockman. In your photos is all you have a 3" lift? Or do you have a 3" lift and a Z lift combination to fit 25" tires.I have a 97 DS that would like to make cherry, but that's next summers project. Right now I'm making some finishing touches on a 01 Carryall Turf 2 but definately like the thought of running 22 -25" tires so ground clearance is better for my trips through some trails by my house. Please let me know how you came to that hieght so maybe I can do something like that before it gets to cold out. Thx.

Yep! My Lynx came with a Z lift and 22's, and I added the 3" Jake's later,
then it was too high for the 22's, So... I got the 25's!

If your Carry-all has a stock Z lift, Then the 3" Jake's Spindles are the way to go!

and with any lift, you will have some shortage of turning radius compared to stock,
but, sometimes you just gotta' deal with it, because it looks... Kewl!
