Re: Cart won't move
If everything checks out there. Check all of the wire and connections throughout the cart. If everything is still good, try jumping the solenoid and see if the cart will run

Re: Cart won't move
Similar issue on a cart I purchased for my dad. 1992 CC 36V V glide. Bought in 2013 all new batteries. Batteries are fully charged each checks 6volts and 36V first to last wires and contacts clean. V glide moves fully. key when on reverse beeps. But forward or reverse nothing.... voltage at key. no clicks. Was working fine, he stopped and parked it for 5 minutes to load it, got back in and nothing. Rolls fine. charger topped off all batteries. I don't have the SN on me. Downloaded wiring diagrams hard to see where grounding wires are connected as with sudden fail seems like a ground wire may have given out.. - Thanks!

Re: Cart won't move
Is there a trick to removing the 2 batteries? Do I have to do a certain order?

Re: Cart won't move
You have some uneven pad wear, but that wouldn't prevent it from running. All looks good otherwise. Next step (should have had you do this eariler), check all cable connections throughout the cart and ensure that they are all tight, clean, and not burned / charred. If those are fine, we can go from there

Re: Cart won't move
I took it in to be fixed and it was the solenoid. The went through the whole cart and greased it up washed it and replaced the solenoid. It cost me 135.00. It runs like a new cart.
Thanks Everyone Jack |
