If you are referring to the meter on the charger...it has not moved from zero.

It should start high around 15 amps then slowly decrease to zero as the charge cycle finishes. You have either a battery problem, or a charging circuit problem on the cart (wiring, OBC, etc.)

I have a regular 12 volt charger...if I hook that up will that tell me if it is a battery problem? Is there anything I can do to narrow down the problem? Or do I need to take it in for service? Thanx.

Also, the meter has never moved from zero on my charger or the neighbours, ever...from the day I got the cart.

Your cart has a charge circuit issue of some sort. Have you checked your wiring with the diagram to insure everything is hooked up correctly? Make sure that your main negative cable runs through the hole in the OBC.
