Resurrection of my 82 CC BARN FIND

Finished frame and ready for the first new shipment of suspension parts. Sould be here in a day or so. Now im trying to decide if I should keep this old obsolete rear diff and motor or step up to a 48v system. Im in the process of trying to figure out what rear diffs will plug and play. So many options. I need to find a motor which i may have a lead on, rear diff, and all the electronic compontants. I'm new to all this so im trying to figure what works. Im looking for the most cost efective approach. I looked at scotty b's packages and i may go that route as well. Anywho, heres where im at. Moving slowly but its coming.

Well I bought another cart and am focusing on upgrading it right now which halted this build for now. I plan on fin imaging it when time and money see fit. I'll keep you updated.

I purchased a rear-end with differential and brakes along with a Bandit from Plumquick. Think the rear end complete was about $250, Bandit $275 without a core plus $130 or so for shipping. Don't know if that's an option for you or not but it may be the most economical if it will work for you.
