Smile Club Car OBC info

Does anyone have an electronic circuit schematic of the OBC for a 1999 Club Car?
Thanks in advance for all help on this matter.

That is an excellent wiring diagram, and i will save it for reference, but I am seeking an electronic schematic of the internal circuitry of the OBC,showing the Integrated circuit(s),resistors, transistors, capacitors, diodes, etc.
Thanks for your time and effort on this.

To be completely honest, I don't know if such a thing exists

It exists, but whether Club Car has released it to the public is uncertain.

Perhaps you can enlighten me on exactly what all of the functions of the OBC are?

I know it controls the charger,by switching it off after a predetermined

time, and gives an indication of low battery warning, but what else does it do?

Thanks!

Here's all the sciencey stuff that exists outside the factory (and the brains of the folks who designed them) on an OBC.

Page 3 is where the meat and potatoes are, but the whole thing isn't a bad read.

Not with the Speed Codes or magnets like the IQ or Excel carts

I have a 99 with a bandit motor. I get a solid 18 mph level ground. I have the speed sensor unhooked and the dynamic brake solenoid completely removed. Saved about 3 feet of battery cable by doing that. It will go too fast down hill.
