So I went to add gear oil and this is what I found. I know, water rust and oil... Nasty looking stuff. Probly has never been looked at. My question is , I am pretty sure these are bearings and I am also pretty sure they are shot. Where can I find them or what are they called so I will know what to look for. And how the heck do I get them out. Do I need to remove the drive shafts to let the bearings out?

You have to remove the axle shafts to remove the bearings pointed to in your picture. Once you get the old bearings out, they may have a number on them and you might be able to get them locally for a far better price than EZGO sells them. |
