Default battery probs

my last battery on the pack............the post on it almost completely melted off. I did check the water in it ,and it was petty low. Would that be the cause of the melted post? If so,is it ok to just get one new battery ,or would it require a whole new set? thanks,GOD BLESS

Default Re: battery probs

Only thing that causes melted terminal is a poor connection. Either the nut came loose (its probably now welded), or the wire & terminal had high resistance or loose crimp.
