The only clue you have given that points to a potential problem is the green light not turning orange. This indicates a bad throttle signal.
Again try to adjust the go pedal linkage so the Vglide wiper goes to the top lug and see if the LED turns orange. If no use the ohm Ω setting on your voltmeter to test the 2 leads that go to the control. You can just unplug from the control and plug a test lead into each spade. You should read k5 - 0 plus or minus a couple hundred

Also a note on the NPX
It is a light duty control not made for high amp draw like a rear seat, big tires, & off road use causes.

Well I am glad to hear no one is mad :) I hope everyones Thanks Giving was as good as mine. So we went and got the cart again, and got in touch with the rep from all-trax and he said "send the controller back". FYI. once you get a solid green light it just means the controller has proper voltage. The controller does zero I repeat NO SELF TEST. I will start another thread for our latest circus act. Man if ya'll could see us trying to figure this stuff out you would die laughing or pull your hair out. It sure makes life interesting. Anyway we are actually helping people and my dad has his mind occupied and his body active which helps him stay healthy, Even if it makes long days, nights and weekends for me, I just like spending the time with my father. Who knows how many days we have left. You guys don't know how much this forum really helps. I say it all the time but THANKS.

PS. We did support sponsors at the tune of about 700 bucks. At least I hope they are sponsors. Franklin and Golf Cart King. Wish I would have called Tahoe first though. I will explain on new thread.

I will also keep up with this one.
