New member looking for opinions on first purchase

Thank you I will look into that. Is there a controller you recommend? And is there anything else you think I should do while I have it apart to do that stuff? Going to save up and do it all at once come spring.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but a 500a controller will require a 400a HD solenoid and 4g power wire kit correct? What is the best place to get those things?

You can get packages that will have the controller and the solenoid. Might as well go 2g wires as they are not much more. May want to upgrade F/R switch/lever too if your doing the rest.

For me, Scotty would be my go-to guy. He has everything you need at good prices but the shipping might take the shine off the deal. I'd give David a call at Revolution. At least you guys share the same ocean.
