I can get the numbers off the cart and charger, however, I left both at the dealer. Will get them. The cart is a early 2000 model. <2000.5. The charger cuts on, blinks all LEDs twice,(I have trojan875s) then the yellow charging light flashes. Then charger doesn't kick on. It used to. I have not touched any wires on the cart. I would've thought putting the new computer board from dpi should've fixed the issue. I switch FnR with a hd FNR switch

Do You recall when You plugged the charger to the AC only (before plugging to the cart), if the Power LED and the Detection LED remained ON?

When You get the cart back we need to make sure the OBC control is by-passed (nothing to do with the cable through the OBC).

I do remember them both on before being plugged in to cart. Will recheck though. Calling for snow here tomorrow so I probably won't get to pick it up till Monday. Thanks for the help.

Another update. We got a lot of snow in Nashville, so I wasn't able to get the cart till Tuesday. Long story short, the dealer offered to trade me the dpi charger for a used power drive they had at the shop. The power drive charges and cuts off, so I took the trade and I ran my 4g wire through the obc. I'm sure I'm an idiot for doing the swap but hey my batteries are charged and everything seems to work as it should.

Edit: thanks for all the help. I was at my wits end

Thanks for updating the thread and I am sorry it did not work any better for You.

Do Yourself a favor and make sure You never use that cart repair shop again (or let any of your friends use them).
