You should have full battery voltage to the solenoid coil posts (small posts) when your foot is on the pedal, key on, and F&R lever in forward or reverse. If you don't have voltage to these small posts (positive on red, white wire - negative on yellow wire) then you're going to have to check the micro switch in on the back of the F&R, the micro switch in the throttle switch (V-glide, Pot, or MCOR) and check the key switch to make sure it works. Let me know what you find.

I have voltage to the small wires on the solenoid key off or on with or without pedal. Only ground though no positive voltage whether in forward or reverse. The key switch tested out fine and all micro switches are new along with the fr switch as well.

So you have negative voltage to the yellow wire on the solenoid coil at all times? That's normal. Are you not getting positive voltage to the other side of the coil?
