1992 electric ez go, well not run?

I have installed a new 1204 curtis controller, solenoid, microw switch, I connected the motor directly to the battery's works good, I get 36V at the charger connector, all the cables are clean , all battery's are all charged ,push the pedal and I get nothing? the new solenoid does not click,Im I doing something wrong, I tested every thing I can think of, I have a wiering diogram for a 1992 ez go, I checked it a 100 times, it's ok, thank you for letting me join in.
