Yeah that's what figured. Should I rewire all of it except the battery and motor cables? What caused the wires to melt a short in one of them.

Hey just curious what gauge wire should I use? Looks like me this is like 16 or 18.

16g try and get proper color wires

here is solenoids wiring



test all micro switches
check coils also

show me a photo of your f/r switch

I order a new f&r switch. I got the wires all the right colors. 16ga. Ok I pulled the speed switch assembly out and to all the micro switches out and one was bad. I am gonna by all new micro switches. Which is best to buy and some i have are solid black and 2 are black and red, is it supposed to be?

you will need five 2 prong and one 3 prong
