WOW never saw this
I think I need a new motor? What do you think ?
What would have caused this.? Anyone got a 48 volt motor? |

It is caused by severely exceeding the maximum rpm for the motor.
The centrifugal force separated the armature wires from the commutator bars and they got caught in the brush assembly. |

So. That's what a over revved looks like. I think it is a 2010 ds Scotty, you got one?
